These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rank Lush ("Service"), operated by Rank Lush ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Rank Lush provides an AI-assisted blog content platform that crawls your connected website, generates SEO-focused draft articles, and (depending on your settings) schedules and publishes them to your blog. The Service also integrates with Google Search Console to inform topic recommendations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@ranklush.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account credentials or allow multiple people to access the Service through a single account unless explicitly permitted by your plan.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, provide, or connect to the Service — including your website content, brand assets, and any edits you make to generated drafts.
Draft articles generated by the Service are assigned to you upon creation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of any content you publish. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, or non-infringing.
All software, interfaces, designs, and processes constituting the Rank Lush platform remain our exclusive property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business purposes.
If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (Gemini, Search Console) and Vercel. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the respective provider's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
When you connect Google Search Console, you grant us the access permissions required to retrieve your performance data on your behalf. You may revoke this at any time through your Google account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for publication without review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank Lush and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or SEO performance changes — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rank Lush from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you publish through the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
We will retain your data for up to 30 days after termination to allow for export requests, after which it will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
